All ready-to-ship products are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority within 3-5 business days. Custom order shipping will be discussed via email.
International shipping may take 10-14 days to arrive once your order has shipped.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are available for damaged orders. Please e-mail me if you have any questions or concerns about your product.
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again. In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. DipDipLoom is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

Do you ship overseas?
YES, we sure do! We ship all of our pieces worldwide using standard methods, with tracking numbers so you can count down the days until yours arrives. Orders will be shipped within five business days. If you require registered post or express/expedited shipping, simply send us an email (extra charges apply for all express shipping and registered post methods both within U.S.A and Internationally). In some cases, sending large pieces with a hanging rod is not economical for anyone so we will simply send the piece snugly folded up and ready to be threaded onto a dowel once you have it in your hot little hands. We will note this condition in the description of each applicable item so please be sure to read carefully before purchasing.
My wall hanging arrived damaged in the post! What should I do?
We take a lot of care to package all of our pieces in order to prevent damage, however, unfortunately, it can happen from time to time. If your wall hanging arrives significantly damaged (the most common being a broken hanging rod), please contact us asap with a photo and we will happily send you a new piece of dowel which can easily be rethreaded onto your piece. Please be aware that all of our pieces are handmade and imperfections in each individual wall hanging are part of their charm. Therefore returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or if the item is deemed to be faulty.
How accurate are the colors depicted on your website?
Please keep in mind that colors can vary between our screen and yours. We endeavor to make the online representation of our pieces as accurate to life as possible so you don’t get any nasty surprises in the mail. If you are unsure of colors of any particular piece (eg dark blues and charcoals can often look black on screen), please feel free to contact us.
Do you take orders for bespoke works?
We are more than happy to consult with you via email in regards to color ways & sizes and receive any reference you may like to send us for inspiration. You are welcome to scroll through our gallery to get a feel for the difference between our two styles so you can choose who you would like to have created your unique wall hanging – don’t worry, we understand if you prefer one of us over the other . However, please respect that we have our own unique styles and therefore we will politely decline to copy the work of other artists.
